We are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and reliable manner. This shipping policy outlines the terms under which we dispatch and deliver orders placed on our website.
Delivery Service Provider
All orders within Singapore are fulfilled by Ninja Van, a registered and licensed logistics provider.
Delivery Timeframe
Orders are typically processed within one (1) business day after payment confirmation. Upon successful processing, delivery is expected to take between one (1) to three (3) working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Order Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive an order confirmation email containing a tracking number. You may use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery via the Ninja Van tracking portal.
Delivery Schedule
Deliveries are carried out from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. If delivery is unsuccessful due to reasons such as an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, Ninja Van may attempt redelivery or hold the parcel at a designated collection point, subject to their policies.
Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and will vary depending on promotional offers or order value. Free shipping may be offered during specific promotional periods or for qualifying orders, as indicated on the product or checkout page.
Important Notes
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the delivery address and contact details provided at checkout are accurate and complete. Once the parcel is handed over to Ninja Van, the responsibility for the delivery lies with the courier service. While we are not liable for courier delays or errors, we will provide reasonable assistance in resolving such issues.
